We were approached by a UK couple with experience in estate agency in England but were disillusioned with the state of the UK housing market and economy.
They asked us if we could help to find an estate agency for sale in Mallorca.
We actually found three in different locations and also one web based one which could be run from anywhere on the island.
After careful consideration they chose the web based one as it allowed them freedom to move around the island, not tying them to any specific area because of office location.
The reduced cost of buying a web based business has helped them to keep more money in the bank for future expansion and website promotion.
We also helped by introducing them to a web designer who is currently working to get their site even better and higher in the search engines.
