We have clients looking to take over an existing Irish pub in the Santa Ponsa area, they have asked us to find an already successful Irish themed bar or Pub that can support a family of four.

They have been on holiday several times to Santa Ponsa and have decided that this is where they wish to start their new life.

We are currently in talks with two business agencies and one owner directly who does not wish to sell through an agency.

We anticipate a very quick sale on this one.
