We recently worked with a husband and wife team from the UK who wanted to relocate to Mallorca, in the Magaluf area. They wanted a British Bar with all the usual trimmings, British Food, SKY TV, Football, Sunny Terrace.
They had a certain price point to achieve and wanted to be in place before the main season started.
We found a choice of three options for them and when they saw one they knew it was right. However there was already some interest in that bar.
We negotiated with the agency and were able to assist in completing a quick sale, which the other party was not able to achieve.
We also managed to get a reduction in the deposit as some of the fittings needed repairs and renewal.
The bar is now operating and doing well.
